A whole bunch of new products have just debuted on stage during Honor’s All-Scenario Smart Life Products Launch event that took place in China. They run the gamut from a television to a smart toothbrush. Here’s a quick rundown of what were announced.
Honor MagicBook Pro
The follow-up to Honor’s first MagicBook laptop, the Pro model brings a bigger 16.1-inch display and is powered by a 10th-gen Intel Core i7-1051U processor and NVIDIA GeForce MX350 graphics card. Scheduled to be available first in Russia in September 2020, the MagicBook Pro starts at RMB5,999 (around RM3,670)
Honor ViewPad 6
Surprise. Honor also has a tablet. The ViewPad 6 features a 10.4-inch 2K display, Kirin 985 5G chipset, Wi-Fi 6+ connectivity and a 7,250mAh battery. It can be paired with Honor’s Magic-Pencil stylus for some creative work. Honor says the ViewPad 6 will come to overseas market from June 2020 but will only reveal its price in mid-June
Honor Router 3
Capitalizing on Wi-Fi 6 technology, the Honor Router 3 it fitted with a Wi-Fi 6+ chipset and a Gigahome Dual-core 1.2 GHz CPU. It is able to achieve speeds of up to 3,000Mbps across one 2.4Ghz band and one 5Ghz band. Priced at RMB 219 (around RM134), the Honor Router 3 is expected to drop sometime in July 2020.
Honor Vision X1 Series
The Honor Vision TV gets an upgrade with the new Vision X1 Series, boasting a 8K display and features like Motion Estimate, Motion Compensation and a 4x10W speakers. It will be available in 55-inch and 65-inch models, which go for RMB2,299 (around RM1,410) and RMB3,299 (around RM2,020) respectively.
Honor Choice smart home products
There’s the TWS Earbuds X1, smart vacuum cleaner, air multiplier, humidifier, smart lamp, smart kettle and smart ultra-sonic toothbrush.
It is not known whether any of these productss will be making their way to Malaysia. What is though are the Honor 9X Lite, Honor Magic Earbuds and Honor Scale 2. They are set for a launch here on May 27
