realme’s latest smartphone release in Malaysia is the realme C11. The C series family has always been known as an affordable range packing huge battery capacities and the C11 is no different. We are looking at 5,000mAh here.
Slated to be available on July 7, 2020 at the recommended retail price of RM429, the C11 is packed with the kind of specs you have come to expect with this price point. It has got a 6.5-inch 720p display with teardrop notch, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of default storage, which runs on MediaTek Helio G35 chipset. In terms of camera, it has two on back – a 13MP main and 2MP secondary – while the front selfie camera is a 5MP shooter.
Other notable features include Android 10 which serves as the base for ColorOS 7, dual SIM support, microUSB, FM radio and 3.5mm headphone jack. Back to the battery, it supports reverse charging technology which allows the the phone to serve as an ad-hoc powerbank to charge other devices when needed.
The C11 will be available in Mint Green and Pepper Grey options. Customers who purchase the phone on the first day of online sale (July 7) on Shopee will receive a realme Buds 2 (worth RM49) for free. realme Malaysia has yet to indicate when the phone will be arriving to local brick-and-mortar stores.
